The 19th IUFoST World Food Science and Technology Congress will be 5 days action packed super bowl of programmes that will bring together researchers, academicians, professionals, policy makers and the food scientists and industries fraternity to cover the latest advances in our understanding of food in all its manifestations like food safety, food security, regulations, innovations in food processing, hygienic design and engineering, frontier areas in food science & technology, novel food products, markets and consumer preferences and much more of the latest of cutting edge technologies in each sector.

The Event highlights Workshops, Inauguration, Plenary talks and Distinguished Lectures, Scientific & Poster Sessions, Presentations by Young Scientists, Valedictory & Award Presentations, Exhibition - Food Expo, Gala Dinner and Socio-Cultural events and B to B interactions and even Students and Faculty Meeting with Industries events to give a glimpse of the programme overarching.

Thank you very much for your interest in the 19th World Congress of Food Science and Technology, IUFoST 2018, India to submit an abstract to present your Research and Scientific Knowledge in the Programme. Presenting an Oral presentation or a Poster at the Congress will help you gain international recognition for your work and boost your profile among the world's leading food science and technology experts.

As you are aware the oral abstracts because being over subscribed was fore closed on 6th April 2018.
Submission of Abstracts for POSTERS stands closed as announced earlier of the last date for submission being June 15, 2018. We have .....and is indeed Oversubscribed. We appreciate and .....Thank all those who have submitted the Posters in time and your contribution....success!.
In case you missed the abstract submission you can be still in the congress as a delegate.
